Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
Shipments and deliveries may occur on the weekends depending on carrier. Due to COVID-19 and supply chain issues, some carriers may have a delay.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Certain carriers may not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You will be notified during the checkout process if this is the case.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Entrepreneur Life Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Entrepreneur Life Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the Continental US, Canada and territories.
